Lauderdale clinic, a full service wellness center, serves as the primary hub for comprehensive care including medical oncology, radiation therapy, immunotherapy, brachytherapy/implant therapy, surgical oncology, clinical trials, and pet owner support groups.
We are currently looking for a full time, experienced veterinary technician to support our Oncologist in our Miami location. An exceptional opportunity exists for a technician who has experience with but not limited to:•anesthesia protocols•placing IV catheters•drawing blood•patient monitoring equipment•client education.
Compensation is based on level of training and experience, and benefits include vacation and sick time, available health insurance, uniform allowance, pet care discounts, 401(k), and an environment where further learning is encouraged.
•High school diploma or equivalent.•Veterinary Technician Certification (CVT) desirable but not required.•Minimum two years experience as veterinary technician – oncology experience preferred.
