Seeking a veterinary receptionist for a growing Emergency, specialty referral hospital. Applicants must be reliable, dependable, experienced, compassionate, and dedicated team players. Excellent customer service skills required. Job duties include but are not limited to greeting clients, answering multiple phone lines, scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out. Flexibility of schedule is required. You must be able to handle stressful situations with confidence, and demonstrate a cheerful and uplifting personality.
Knowledge of Infinity software a plus. The position does require one weekend day and may include evenings.
ONLY those with experience in a veterinary hospital will be considered.
