Leadership – You will work directly with the medical director but have the creative freedom to bring in your style of leadership. With a strong emphasis on human resources, staff development, and client service, we need your expertise in organizational communication, policy and procedure implementation, and coaching to bring out the best in everyone.
Operations Management– You will handle the day-to-day decisions of running a busy veterinary practice from supervising purchases and inventory to troubleshooting computers and equipment. You will grow each person on the team to develop a deep understanding of the mission, vision, and values and how individual work is aligned with business goals that contribute to and ultimately drive our success.
Financial Acumen– You have the computer software and finance skills to dive into the numbers, monitor key performance metrics, keep accounts receivable in order and guide the hospital accounting and finance processes to achieve overall revenue growth and profitability.
Decision Making – You demonstrate a strategic orientation by translating a vision into actionable plans and activities and by managing the staff effectively to achieve objectives.
