Associate Veterinarian wanted for mobile equine veterinary practice located in beautiful Western Washington. Looking for motivated associate for full- time employment. We pride ourselves with giving quality, compassionate care to our patients which include 95% equine and 5% small animal /ruminant. We service a variety of equids from the athlete to the pet miniature donkey. Our practice provides 24hr/7day per week emergency care to our patients so shared emergency coverage will be included in the job duties for this position. A strong interest in preventative medicine will be very beneficial as our practice is known for providing excellence here. Radiology, dentistry, minor surgery, lameness and some reproductive work encompasses many of the tasks the practitioner will be asked to perform. Successful applicants will be able to operate fully equipped mobile units, digital radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy ( 1M and 3M) and state-of-the-art dental equipment including periodontal unit. Customer service and professional communication with other provider(s) and staff is a must as we have a wonderful team environment we want to support. Salary negotiable based on experience, base salary with production percentage. Benefit package includes: PTO, Continuing education, SIMPLE IRA, association membership dues, health insurance, etc. after meeting eligibility requirements.
