Associate Veterinarian Twin Lakes Pet & Bird Clinic is a privately owned, full service small animal veterinary clinic caring for dogs and cats, birds, reptiles, and exotic small mammals. Our practice is located in Aubrey, Texas, a beautiful suburb 45 minutes north of Dallas! Our area offers many family activities, great shops and eateries, close proximity to Lake Lewisville, and a country atmosphere with the big city conveniences nearby. We are in one of the fastest growing areas in North Texas and are a thriving, multi-doctor practice serving our loyal clients and community since 2004. With a new state-of-the-art building on the horizon, we are looking to add to our team. We are looking for a confident veterinarian for the current opening with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, friendly attitude in the role of Associate Veterinarian. A successful candidate will focus on exceptional patient care through wellness and sick-pet appointments, surgical procedures and nurturing the human-animal bond through whole pet wellness. Exotic and avian medicine experience is preferred, but not required. Mentorship will be offered as you feel you need the for assistance or guidance! Candidates must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, works collaboratively with hospital team members, makes decisions confidently and effectively, manage time and tasks appropriately, model a professional and courteous manner with staff and clients, and commit to ongoing educational development and growth.
