Part Time or Full Time - Any experience level considered
Seeking a motivated, hard-working individual with a positive attitude to work as a receptionist in a rapidly growing small animal veterinary practice. Some experience working a veterinary setting and using Cornerstone software is preferred, but we are willing to train a motivated candidate who is excited to learn!
Provide quality customer service over the phone, via email, and in-person (respecting appropriate social distancing) with clients
Oversee the front desk by operating a multi-line phone system, managing patient flow, and performing cashiering duties
Maintain electronic patient files and prepare client invoices using Cornerstone software in our paperless practice
Maintain the practice schedule by efficiently scheduling appointments and communicating appointment constraints to clients
Possess basic knowledge of veterinary terminology, medications, products, and vaccinations so as to be able to communicate relevant information to clients
Assist in facility maintenance and cleaning
Assist technicians and veterinarian in appointments as needed
Other duties as needed
