Our family-friendly small animal practice is seeking a fourth vet to join our team. We are an extremely busy hospital that often sees 50+ patients daily. We practice quality medicine and surgery aided by 9 full time veterinary nurses, 4 kennel assistants, and 4 receptionists in northern Fairfield County, Connecticut. We are in close proximity to NYC, Candlewood Lake, ski areas, hiking, and many state parks.

Our facility is equipped with digital radiology, endoscopy, IDEXX in-house laboratory, dental radiology, and ultrasonography. We work up our own medical cases thoroughly and perform the majority of our own surgeries, but have access to a mobile surgeon and three top referral hospitals in the area as needed. We send emergencies to referral hospitals after hours, so no on call is needed.

We have a fun, talented, and close-knit team. We emphasize maintaining a good work-life balance while also encouraging and rewarding team effort for going above and beyond job descriptions. All staff members attend a yearly continuing education conference paid in full by our hospital. 

Our clients are friendly, educated, and willing to provide their pets with superior veterinary care. We emphasize building long-term client relationships, and our staff and doctors are on a first name basis with the majority of our clients.
