Paid position available for veterinary externship or veterinary student interested in gaining knowledge and experience in a busy companion animal practice in the western suburbs. We focus on client communication and gentle handling (Fear Free) techniques. If you have an interest in exotics or simply want more exposure, you will have ample opportunity to expand your knowledge.
We are a highly respected hospital and are eager to mentor students that want to be the best they can be while maintaining a balance with your home life. Our group is friendly and supportive at every level and provides the nurturing environment you want to sharpen your skills and prepare you for the future. Outside of work, there are plenty of outdoor trails, entertainment and sports opportunities available in the area. Housing available, if needed.
