At Walworth Animal Hospital we are looking for someone who wants to join in on the humor, kindness, and medical/surgical triumph that we experience working for a supportive private practice. We have the ability to encourage autonomy with special interests while also offering mentoring through our experienced team. We are devoted to continuing as a private business while serving our community of compliant owners. 

5 doctor small animal clinic located in Walworth, NY 14568  seeking full or part time associate. 

- ProSal compensation with current range 115-160K a year amongst our associates. Insurance, DEA, CE, 401K offered as well (for full time). 
- Digital radiographs, dental radiographs, electronic medical records, Sound ultrasound unit (with cardiac probe and table) all heavily utilized. Willing to consider novel equipment purchases upon hiring. 
- 7 exam rooms and 9 LVTs means we have significant potential for growth with a new associate. We have limited new clients until this happens, and have a waiting list ready. 
- No emergency call
- Local ER and specialists utilized
- Limited exotic work if wanted (pocket pets). This is not a requirement. 

- Majority of staff are lifers. We hire carefully and we hire well. 

- Skilled PM and OM mean we don't deal with rude clients or inventory challenges. This clinic is well respected and well run. 

- Work/life balance taken seriously. We all have families and hobbies outside of work, and we support one another in cultivating and enjoying them. 3-4 days weekdays optional for full time associates.  

- Excellent local school districts (Victor, Penfield, Fairport for some examples) with regional easy access to a multitudes of lakes (Great and Finger Lakes) and mountains (Adirondak hiking is a favorite pastime). Good skiing at Bristol hill. High concentration of horseback riding interest (Mendon ponds area). Owner was raised here and circled back after school to raise her kids here. It's a safe and beautiful place to live. Owner lives in Macedon with her young family, the other vets live in Rochester, Penfield, Macedon, and Gananda with an assortment of kids, partners, pets, boats, and golf clubs :) 

Must be current on NYS DVM license

Interest in surgery preferred, but not required.
