The Clinical Relations Program Quality Professional, in collaboration
with the Associate Dean for Clinical Relations and Outreach and other
Clinical Relations and Outreach faculty and staff, provides strategic
leadership and promotes excellence in all phases of clinical rotations
for fourth-year veterinary students. The Program Quality Professional
shall oversee quality measurement and management of clinical year
student experiences at our Clinical Affiliates sites (Clinical Site
Preceptors) involved in clinical year curriculum delivery. The Program
Quality Professional shall facilitate the training and professional
development of Clinical Site Preceptors and their associated teams. The
Program Quality Professional shall contribute to efforts to secure
additional Clinical Affiliate partners and to represent the LMU-CVM at
select professional meetings. The Program Quality Professional will
ensure excellence in student learning experiences during all clinical
year rotations. The Program Quality Professional will participate in
delivering course content and teaching in the Clinical and Professional
Skills course and other LMU-CVM pre-clinical courses. The Program
Quality Professional will have input on shaping the LMU-CVM program and
the education of future veterinarians. The Program Quality Professional
will be assigned geographic regions and will be responsible for all
aspects of program delivery in that area, including Affiliate
Recruiting, Affiliate Relationship Management, Student Support, and
Managing the Clinical Hub Liaisons that are in the area, and
problem-solving relative to their area.

*DVM/VMD degree or Related PhD. * working knowledge of
information systems and databases, *experience designing learning
experiences and measuring the outcomes of those learning
experiences.
