Westerville Veterinary Clinic is a busy 7 doctor practice in central Ohio. We are seeking a full-time associate Veterinarian to join our rapidly growing and evolving team! 

We offer YOU:

• HANDS ON Mentorship program:  Less experienced Drs are not expected to produce as much nor see as many appointments as other Drs.  Yet, we understand you still need to earn a living. We take our time and allow new graduates and other less experienced veterinarians gain exposure to everything we do, which is too much to list here.   We encourage new grads to pursue whatever they are passionate about, whether it is wellness visits or critical care; spays and neuters or GDVs.  We have full capability to support whatever pathway you choose!  We even have a separate emergency department to take on emergencies from 8am until 2am and manage our hospitalized patients 24/7.
• Our more experienced Drs earn between $160,000 and $185,000 per year while working a 35-36hr/week schedule.  This is salary in addition to:

• Full work ups to diagnose and treat more complex cases
• 24/7 staffing to monitor hospitalized cases
• Digital radiology with consultation with Board Certified Radiologists

• In-house Idexx testing
• Imagyst Cytology System
• Electronic Medical Records
• Consultation with a traveling Board Certified Internal Medicine Specialist
• Consultation with a board Certified Oncologist
• In house orthopedic surgeries
• Class IV Companion Animal Laser Therapy 
• Thermal imaging
• Companion Regenerative Therapy/Platelet-Rich Plasma Joint Injection System

ALL SKILL levels are welcome to apply and will receive at minimum, a very competitive base salary if accepted. Mentoring is one of our many passions! We care the most about attitude and a willingness to learn.  Our doctors do not work any shifts alone and always have one or two peers to share cases with.   Applicants with greater skill and experience will be compensated for it.

Our full-service hospital provides small animal veterinary care and remains fully staffed to offer after hours emergency care daily until 2am. Our hospital offers scheduled appointments six days a week and a walk-in schedule on Sundays. Hospitalized patients are directly monitored 24/7.
