Small Animal Externship Opportunity in Ellisville, MO

This Opportunity: We are seeking a veterinary student to participate in an externship block at our small-animal practice located in Ellisville, MO. The ideal candidate has an interest in general practice medicine and surgery or exotic medicine as we would like to continue expanding our offerings in that category.

Excellent mentorship will be prioritized and provided as desired by the student. We are also open to discussing housing options if needed. This is a great opportunity for professional development and growth through the support of our experienced team with the chance to receive an official offer prior to graduation.

Our Clinic: Ellisville Veterinary Hospital is a well-established, small animal-exclusive practice, deeply rooted in our community. We take pride in offering a wide range of services, from routine wellness and preventive care to advanced surgical procedures. In addition, our practice contains updated equipment such as digital radiology, ultrasound, a digital dental x-ray, and all Idexx in-house machines such as digital cytology. As part of our commitment to quality care and growth, we have exciting plans to build a brand-new clinic in the next couple of years, providing more space for patient care and expanding our amazing team.
