Summary: The ASPCA Animal Recovery Veterinarian Fellow will receive innovative practical experience focused on providing veterinary care to underserved animals and animal victims of cruelty and neglect. Fellows will receive hands on training, sustainable pay and strong mentorship while being prepared for a career in small animal veterinary sheltering and cruelty prevention. Fellows will work alongside senior doctors, who will mentor them in case management of animals in a sheltering system while recovering from cruelty and neglect, as well as providing veterinary care to animals at risk.
